Pending deposit 5000 and withdrawals 32000

I want to file a complaint on Baterybet. There are couple of problems that I am encountering with them.

Pending deposit since 09/26 - ₹5,000
Pending payouts since 09/30 - ₹32,000

First is, the long pending deposit request. On 09/30 at 12:30PM, I had deposited ₹5,000 via UPI directly on their website but the money did not get credited to my account. I had opened an Admin request and shared the screenshots for a resolution but as usual admin request responses are as slow as a snail. They promised the case will be resolved in 3 working business days as they will write a letter to the provider. Its been more than 4 days, there is zero sign.

Now, the other problem I am facing with them is the delayed payout. I will have to agree that their payout is sometimes instant but at times their payout time is crazy. This another let off not to use them.

I am already thinking of closing the account with them, I request them to improve their admin response time.

We are very sorry to learn that you are still facing troubles about your deposit issue. Please accept our sincerest apologies.

Upon cross-checking the issue about your deposit problem, it was found that the receiving end has not received the disputed funds. As a safety measure, the administration requests you in your Request no. 12703201 to file for a chargeback for this transaction with your bank, in order to refund your amount, as stated in the reply on 06.11.2024 quote; "According to the provider, the deposit was not received. If the amount has been debited from your bank account, please contact the bank and apply for a charge back."

We request you to kindly do so in order to get your disputed transaction refunded via a chargeback, as the information about this issue shared by the administration is absolute.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
