Payment of 7800 declined multiple times
Dear ask gambler team, I am writing this complain against this casino because they have declined my payment multiple times even after I have provided all the documents, they asked me for verification purpose. I have applied for a withdrawal on March 5, 2025. They declined my Withdrawal asking my documents for verification. I have provided the documents and I was told to wait 72 hours for the result even in their term condition, it is mentioned that verification will not take more than 72 hours. I have provided them the documents they asked for but after 72 hours, they again asked for some unnecessary document, I provided them even those document. Then I was told to wait another 48 hours. It's now been almost 10 days. I have not receiving any satisfactory answer, and also the payment is on hold. in the attachment section, I am providing all necessary documents and the proof of chat. Please have a look and dear ask gambler team. Please help me resolving my issue. I will be very glad if you helped me in this issue.
