I was playing on batery for one week, they gave me 2 to 3 withdrawals after that "withdrawal unavailable " showed in the withdrawal section.

I created a request for this issue then they told me to send some documents for verification, I have sent those documents.

After that they told me to wait for 72 hours, I did that.

After 72 hours they told me to send me 3 more documents for further verification, I again sent them.

After sending another document they told me to wait 48 hours for result of verification.

Then I contacted them after 48 hours then they told me we were doing solution to this request.

This is the last message of them.

The last message was on 2 march, after that I tried to contact them to update on that issue but they are ignoring me.

I have sent mail also to batery but no solution provided.

Please askgamblers team help me

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
