Not giving withdrawal of 5500 INR

Dear askgamblers,

I am a player of baterybet casino.

My account ID at this casino is < sent to the casino > I won funds by playing here and made a withdrawal request of 5500 INR but they are showing fake completed transaction status of withdrawal and closing credited tickets. Also they are saying to wait 4 days Even transaction is completed.

I saw too much complaint here on askgamblers and then I realised that I also got scammed like other people who became hunt of their fraud.

I request you to look into this and help me to get my funds.

This is not called right, this is called arrogance and Arbitrariness because I got information from the players about batery and now understood that how cheap you people are.
How worst and useless rules you made and how you making fool to customers, I know very well.

You don't paid my withdrawal in one time that's your mistake and you are my 1500 INR in the name of account verification that's the truth.
If you want my documents then why don't you asked it on first day?

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
