Not giving my withdrawal for 5 days even after providing bank statement

This site is totally fake because they swallowed my 21000 INR. My account ID is 71604251.

Admin is lying that they sent a withdrawal, but I uploaded a PDF of the account from the date of withdrawal to till date. 5 days have passed after that, and they are saying to wait 72 hours again and again like an AI chatbot.

They don't understand the difference between 3 days and 5 days.

I uploaded the bank statement after that, they are saying that they sent funds and are closing my tickets again and again.

I haven't received a penny.

Please, AskGamblers, help me get my funds.

"The Betting Organiser is entitled, at its own discretion, to determine the payout limits (minimum and maximum) for each individual withdrawal request made by a Customer, to each individual Customer without prior notification of the Customer nor explanation of the reasons as to why such a limit was set." Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
