Not giving my withdrawal for 5 days even after providing bank statement

This site is totally fake because they swallowed my 21000 INR. My account ID is 71604251.

Admin is lying that they sent a withdrawal, but I uploaded a PDF of the account from the date of withdrawal to till date. 5 days have passed after that, and they are saying to wait 72 hours again and again like an AI chatbot.

They don't understand the difference between 3 days and 5 days.

I uploaded the bank statement after that, they are saying that they sent funds and are closing my tickets again and again.

I haven't received a penny.

Please, AskGamblers, help me get my funds.

Withdrawal marked as complete but amount not received in my bank account

I had submitted multiple withdrawals with Batery Casino; they have marked the same as completed. But the amount has not reached my bank account. I have raised the requests with them, but they are neither responding nor solving my issue.

I have also shared the bank statement with them, but they are not budging at all.

Not received my deposit amount around 14 days

It has been well over 12 days since I lodged my complaint, yet I still haven't received my deposit of ₹1,500. To make matters worse, another deposit payment of ₹1,601 has now gotten stuck as well. I request the Battery Bet app to credit the funds to my gaming account immediately; otherwise, I will file complaints on every available grievance platform. I am fed up with constantly waiting for responses—I just want my money. If this continues, I will have to advise the friends who trust this platform to stop playing here. Withdrawal not received status is going completed

I have two concerned with this casino. The first concern is I was having 12600 in my account. When I try to withdraw my money they blocked my withdrawal saying that you need to complete verification first. 75 days them to complete my verification. Then when the verification was complete I was shocked to see that the available balance was only 2600 coming wallet. The rest 10000 was removed form from my account. When I try to check and see the transaction history I see a column that 10000 money is refunded but I never received of refund and the second issue is one of my control of INR 2600 smart showing but I never received the withdrawal. I have attached all the props in the attachment please have a look.

UPI deposit of 7373 INR missing no resolution from support

On 30 June 2026 at 8:53 AM, I deposited ₹7,373 to my BatteryBet Casino account (ID: 74887091) via UPI through the CRED app. CRED confirmed the payment as PAID and my bank (DBS Bank Limited) debited the full amount, but the deposit was never credited to my casino account.

I demand immediate credit of ₹7,373 to my account OR a full refund to my bank account within 48 hours, along with a written explanation of where my funds are held.
I request the AskGamblers Complaints Team to intervene. I have complete evidence — CRED receipt, UPI transaction record, and full support correspondence.

Both the withdrawals were placed on 11 June 2026. Today its 18 June 2026, still the withdrawal is not recieved. I have raised the request but there is no update. I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding two withdrawals that were marked as successful on their platform but were never received in my bank account.

Both withdrawals were processed and later marked as "successful" by BateryBet. However, the funds have never arrived in my bank account.

I contacted BateryBet support immediately after noticing the issue. They informed me that I should wait up to 72 hours for the funds to reflect in my bank account. I followed their instructions and waited the full period.

Now, more than 72 hours have passed, and neither of the withdrawals has been credited to my bank account. I have contacted support again, but the issue remains unresolved.

I am attaching my bank statements as proof that these transactions were never received. I request AskGamblers to assist in obtaining either:

The successful credit of both withdrawals to my bank account, or
A refund of the total amount of ₹2,010 back to my BateryBet account.
