No withdrawal even after 17 days

Hello team,

First of all, BateryBet completed my withdrawal request in the app (as you can see in the screenshot). I placed my withdrawal on the 28th of September 2025, and it's 15th October 2025, but I still have not received funds in my bank account.

When I got the UTR from the casino, there was no transaction from that number, and the UTR they asked me to go to the bank and check.

After that, they said to bring the official letter from the bank stating that there is no transaction with that number. Again, I went to the bank to ask for the official letter. I was told that I need to bring the payment proof, the date, and the time of the transaction.

After that, I asked BateryBet for the transaction details, as you can see in the screenshot I have shared with you.

I am not the only one who is facing this fake UTR issue. There are many players with the same exact issue.

When asked for the transaction details, I was ignored and did not get any reply from BateryBet

They are just flagging my review and trying to remove my review on other platforms now. This is my last option to seek help.

I have attached the evidence of the date and time of withdrawal and the chat history with BateryBet customer care.

Also, I added some reviews that players have posted regarding the fake UTR. Some of the reviews have been deleted by flagging them.

This issue is still under investigation on the provider’s side. Unfortunately we cannot speed it up. As soon as we receive a response from the provider we will inform you immediately in your open request number 19008150.

This is what I get after 4 days in reply and now it's already been 19 days still the issue is not yet resolved.

What kind of provider takes 19 days to reply just prolonging the time fir player.

If you guys want to increase your players then be precise this kind of service will lead to your downfall.

It's high time for you to change your provider .

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
