No response and verification delay for long time

Hello Ask Gambler,

I sincerely need your help with my ongoing issue with BateryBet.

First, I was asked to submit my photo ID and a selfie holding a piece of paper with the current date. I submitted everything as requested, and BateryBet asked me to wait 72 hours.

I waited the full 72 hours, hoping that my verification would finally be completed and that I would be able to withdraw my funds and use my account with my new updated phone number.

However, after those 72 hours passed, they requested additional documents. Again, I fully cooperated and submitted a selfie with my UPI application, my latest electricity bill, and my ID card. After submitting everything, I was once again told to wait another 48 hours.

Now, the additional 48 hours have also completely passed. Which was passed away 2 days before.

Now I am not getting any reply from them and they are also not responding to me.

I have already waited long enough and honestly cannot keep waiting without any clear response. The situation has become extremely stressful for me because my verification is still pending, my new phone number has not been updated, and I am unable to properly use my account or withdraw my funds.

Please ask Gambler help me.

Before they was replying. Now they have stopped responding and myself I can't message them also. 4 days has been passed away without reply. I contacted live chat multiple times but they also don't reply please help me
