Worst, worst, worst It is a total scam. I will recommend never visit this site. It's a froud my recent deposits have not been funded i deposit 5000 and 12700 rs. On. 1 march.

And now its 30th march but there is no solution given from there side. I created request but they always tell that we will work but how much time it have been 30 days this is totally fraud i have shared all details with them but they have no solution they have closed my all requests and if i create new request they close that request within seconds without any solutions and they dont have any support details no costumer care. "As mentioned earlier, according to the provider, we do not have any payment with those details in our system. We suggest reaching out to your bank to verify the status of the transaction. It's possible that the screenshot you provided was incorrect.

"If you have already contacted your bank about the transaction status, please share a screenshot of your conversation with them that shows the transaction UTR in the request.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
