My withdrawal 50000 was pending since 4th May

It has been over 10 days now, and they still haven’t unblocked my account.

I have provided all my documents, which are completely valid, but they keep demanding new ones every time.

There is over 80k in my account; I deposited more than 50k, and they blocked my account immediately. This is a total scam.

If you deposit money or win a large amount, they will block your account and refuse to give you your money.

I’m writing this complaint as I raised a withdrawal request on 6th July of ₹12000. It’s been three days it still shows processing. I’ve been contacting the support creating requests and sending mails but all I get are automated messages from the team. I don’t know what’s going on. Seeing all the reviews posted on this site seems like a scam. At first they told me to wait for 72 hours. It’s been more than that but no response, also no amount received. Please help me, here are attached proofs of the payment.

I had submitted multiple withdrawals with Batery Casino; they have marked the same as completed. But the amount has not reached my bank account. I have raised the requests with them, but they are neither responding nor solving my issue.

I have also shared the bank statement with them, but they are not budging at all.

It has been well over 12 days since I lodged my complaint, yet I still haven't received my deposit of ₹1,500. To make matters worse, another deposit payment of ₹1,601 has now gotten stuck as well. I request the Battery Bet app to credit the funds to my gaming account immediately; otherwise, I will file complaints on every available grievance platform. I am fed up with constantly waiting for responses—I just want my money. If this continues, I will have to advise the friends who trust this platform to stop playing here. One-off issues are understandable, but this has become a recurring drama. I feel like these people have started committing fraud.

I have two concerned with this casino. The first concern is I was having 12600 in my account. When I try to withdraw my money they blocked my withdrawal saying that you need to complete verification first. 75 days them to complete my verification. Then when the verification was complete I was shocked to see that the available balance was only 2600 coming wallet. The rest 10000 was removed form from my account. When I try to check and see the transaction history I see a column that 10000 money is refunded but I never received of refund and the second issue is one of my control of INR 2600 smart showing but I never received the withdrawal. I have attached all the props in the attachment please have a look.

Your team asked me to wait 7 days, and after that another delay was given without proper resolution. This repeated delay is causing serious financial stress and concern.

Kindly provide immediately:

- Transaction proof

- UTR/bank reference details

- Clear explanation of completed status

I request urgent resolution and a transparent response.
