Hello Team,

It has been more than 72 hours and my withdrawal of ₹17,000 (Transaction ID: 11829428598) is still pending. This is unacceptable.

I’ve already received multiple other withdrawals after this one — including ₹500 — which proves that this is not a technical issue but a selective delay.

If I do not receive my payment within the next 24 hours, I will be forced to take the following steps:

1. File an official complaint on sites like Casino Guru, Trustpilot, and AskGamblers.

2. Share the full proof publicly on YouTube, Telegram, and Instagram.

3. Warn other users and players about this withdrawal delay.

This is my final request. Kindly escalate this to your finance team urgently.

You say the same thing last 9 days we Are processing . What are you proccesing why it only happens when I make big withdraw after this withdraw I make 500 rs withdraw I receive it in some hour . But this is ridiculous it almost 9 days and still it is in process no come to bank account of not add back in game . it break the trust with platform . Please solve it as soon as possible

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
