My deposit not received more then 20 days

I am extremely disappointed with your service. I made a deposit on 09.11 at 01:24, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. I have waited far beyond the expected time, yet there has been no proper response from your side.
I have also raised multiple complaints regarding this issue, including Complaint Request N°19719123, but still nothing has been resolved. This delay is very frustrating and unprofessional.
