Dear Askgamblers/ batery bet

I deposited ₹9999.97 via Paytm to my Battery Bet account on October 12th 2024. However, despite five days having passed, the amount has still not been credited to my Battery Bet account. I have been waiting for the transaction to reflect in my account, but there has been no update or confirmation from the batery bet platform.

I have reached out to the Battery Bet support team multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any prompt or helpful responses. This delay and lack of communication is concerning, and I am requesting your urgent assistance in ensuring that my money is either credited to my account or refunded. I kindly ask for your support in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Dear Askgamblers,

I have noticed that Baterybet has consistently failed to respond to other complaints on your platform. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Initially, I had to wait five days for my money to be credited, and during that time, I did not receive any response from them. Now, nearly the entire 96-hour period has passed—95 hours to be exact—and yet they still haven't made any effort to address my issue or reply to my complaint.

@Askgamblers kindly look in to this.
