I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding two withdrawals that were marked as successful on their platform but were never received in my bank account.

Both withdrawals were processed and later marked as "successful" by BateryBet. However, the funds have never arrived in my bank account.

I contacted BateryBet support immediately after noticing the issue. They informed me that I should wait up to 72 hours for the funds to reflect in my bank account. I followed their instructions and waited the full period.

Now, more than 72 hours have passed, and neither of the withdrawals has been credited to my bank account. I have contacted support again, but the issue remains unresolved.

I am attaching my bank statements as proof that these transactions were never received. I request AskGamblers to assist in obtaining either:

The successful credit of both withdrawals to my bank account, or
A refund of the total amount of ₹2,010 back to my BateryBet account.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
