I submitted all required documents on 23rd August 2025.
I was informed by batery bet support that the KYC process would be completed within 72 hours.
However, today is 27th August 2025, and my KYC is still not completed.
No live support and gmail support no help.
I am unable to deposit and play and withdraw my fund.
I am frustrated last one he not solved my problem.
My fund is stuck in batery bet.
