Kyc not done
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the delay in completing my KYC verification. On 23rd August, I submitted all the required documents as requested by baterybet. At that time, baterybet was informed that the verification process would be completed within 72 hours.
However, today is 28th August, and my KYC has still not been completed. Due to this delay, my amount of ₹4000 is stuck in my baterybet account, and I am unable to withdraw and play game. I am frustrated to baterybet.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and complete my KYC verification at the earliest.
No live support in battery. Please resolve this issue without any further delay.
