Kyc not done

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the delay in completing my KYC verification. On 23rd August, I submitted all the required documents as requested by baterybet. At that time, baterybet was informed that the verification process would be completed within 72 hours.

However, today is 28th August, and my KYC has still not been completed. Due to this delay, my amount of ₹4000 is stuck in my baterybet account, and I am unable to withdraw and play game. I am frustrated to baterybet.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and complete my KYC verification at the earliest.

No live support in battery. Please resolve this issue without any further delay.

Baterybet too much reply reply and same document again demanded i am all my documents given 23 august he replied 28 august and again ask my documents i again given my documents after 3 days reply wait 48 hour again. I know He replied after 3-4. He wasting my my fund stuck. Please help withdrawal my fund as soon possible. 8-10daya but still not completed my kyc baterybet. Proof attached
