I haven't received my deposit of 31,000 rupees. It's been 3 days that I am waiting for my deposit to be credited in my account. The deposit was made on 02/05/2025. It's 05/05/2025 today and I haven't received my deposit yet. The worst part about Batery is that they don't have a customer care number or a administrator with whom we can speak to. I had written so many requests but all my request tickets are closed. 15831479 is my request number. I want my money back as I am badly in need of it. My money is stuck now. And I want it to be refunded to my bank account. Please help me. I am in great help.
