I have made two withdrawal requests of ₹40,000 each, but both transactions are still pending and have not been processed yet. The withdrawal numbers are 12417530365 for ₹40,000 and 12417484919 for ₹40,000. The total pending amount is ₹80,000. I have been waiting for the amount to be credited, but the delay is causing me inconvenience and concern. I request you to kindly check the status of these transactions and process both withdrawals as soon as possible. If there is any issue, verification requirement, or technical problem from my side, please inform me immediately so that I can provide the required details without delay. I trusted your platform and expected the withdrawals to be completed within the normal processing time. Therefore, I sincerely request your support team to resolve this matter on priority and provide me with an update regarding the status of my withdrawals. Kindly process the pending amount at the earliest and confirm once the transactions are completed. Thank you for your cooperation and prompt attention to this matter.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
