I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my pending withdrawal requests under my User ID 81657577. I have made two withdrawal requests of ₹40,000 each, but both transactions are still pending and have not been processed yet. The withdrawal numbers are 12417530365 for ₹40,000 and 12417484919 for ₹40,000. The total pending amount is ₹80,000. I have been waiting for the amount to be credited, but the delay is causing me inconvenience and concern. I request you to kindly check the status of these transactions and process both withdrawals as soon as possible. If there is any issue, verification requirement, or technical problem from my side, please inform me immediately so that I can provide the required details without delay. I trusted your platform and expected the withdrawals to be completed within the normal processing time. Therefore, I sincerely request your support team to resolve this matter on priority and provide me with an update regarding the status of my withdrawals. Verification and withdrawal pending for 10 days

It has been over 10 days now, and they still haven’t unblocked my account.

I have provided all my documents, which are completely valid, but they keep demanding new ones every time.

There is over 80k in my account; I deposited more than 50k, and they blocked my account immediately. This is a total scam.

If you deposit money or win a large amount, they will block your account and refuse to give you your money.

Withdrawal not received

I’m writing this complaint as I raised a withdrawal request on 6th July of ₹12000. It’s been three days it still shows processing. I’ve been contacting the support creating requests and sending mails but all I get are automated messages from the team. I don’t know what’s going on. Seeing all the reviews posted on this site seems like a scam. At first they told me to wait for 72 hours. It’s been more than that but no response, also no amount received. Please help me, here are attached proofs of the payment.

Withdrawal marked as complete but amount not received in my bank account

I had submitted multiple withdrawals with Batery Casino; they have marked the same as completed. But the amount has not reached my bank account. I have raised the requests with them, but they are neither responding nor solving my issue.

I have also shared the bank statement with them, but they are not budging at all.

Not received my deposit amount around 14 days

It has been well over 12 days since I lodged my complaint, yet I still haven't received my deposit of ₹1,500. To make matters worse, another deposit payment of ₹1,601 has now gotten stuck as well. I request the Battery Bet app to credit the funds to my gaming account immediately; otherwise, I will file complaints on every available grievance platform. I am fed up with constantly waiting for responses—I just want my money. If this continues, I will have to advise the friends who trust this platform to stop playing here. One-off issues are understandable, but this has become a recurring drama. I feel like these people have started committing fraud.

Withdrawal not received status is going completed

I have two concerned with this casino. The first concern is I was having 12600 in my account. When I try to withdraw my money they blocked my withdrawal saying that you need to complete verification first. 75 days them to complete my verification. Then when the verification was complete I was shocked to see that the available balance was only 2600 coming wallet. The rest 10000 was removed form from my account. When I try to check and see the transaction history I see a column that 10000 money is refunded but I never received of refund and the second issue is one of my control of INR 2600 smart showing but I never received the withdrawal. I have attached all the props in the attachment please have a look.

UPI deposit of 7373 INR missing no resolution from support

On 30 June 2026 at 8:53 AM, I deposited ₹7,373 to my BatteryBet Casino account (ID: 74887091) via UPI through the CRED app. CRED confirmed the payment as PAID and my bank (DBS Bank Limited) debited the full amount, but the deposit was never credited to my casino account.

I demand immediate credit of ₹7,373 to my account OR a full refund to my bank account within 48 hours, along with a written explanation of where my funds are held.
I request the AskGamblers Complaints Team to intervene. I have complete evidence — CRED receipt, UPI transaction record, and full support correspondence.
