I had deposited on 21 Aug 2024 and still not credited

I am writing a complaint against Batery Casio for performing below par in their customer service.
I had deposited on 21 Aug 2024 at 23:24 via UPI, usually the deposit is credited with minutes but this time its been over 66 hours and counting.
I had reached out to their chat support and realized they are just bots with zero resolution one can expect. At the end of the bot conversation, I saw only admin can solve the issue hence I raised the request via dashboard on Aug 22 2024 at 00:11. Its been over 60 hours, the admin has not cared to look at the requests. I kept on asking for updates and realized they will limit your reaponses after some messages which made the whole situation worse.
I wrote an email to their support team for the status since admin requests was useless, but the email support team’s audacity to close the ticket by using template email felt like rubbing the salt in the wounds.

Upon checking up on your issue, our team found that your deposit attempt was automatically cancelled due to some unforeseen reasons. But do not worry, sometimes they could be automatically cancelled due to a number of technical reasons as well! This does not necessarily mean that the deposit transaction has failed!

Our team investigated the issue and contacted the provider for your payment details according to our standard working procedure. As stated in the answer to your Request ID: 12203374, the administration sent your payment information to the provider for investigation on 26.08 10:33 IST and as we see from the result, your deposit was successfully processed and credited to your Batery account on 26.08.2024 10:36:27 IST!

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
