I've invested lot of money on the platform, and after several deposits I earned some profit and then after got profit in the account then have stopped my account and restricted withdrawals, and they have asked for several documents, which I already submitted, and then after another document, even though I submitted all the requested documents and they are just dragging the time but verification hasn't been completed even after more than 1 month (30 days). My account under restriction, and my account has more than 6L INR currently, but they are not clearing my verification nor allowing me to withdraw funds. It seems that just dragging the time.

I want: To be able to withdraw my funds and allow me to bets and all the suspensions and restrictions should be lifted and removed.

I have always considered Batery to be a legitimate and trusted company in India, known for its smooth deposit and withdrawal processes. I believe a company with such a strong reputation would not want to risk its name in the market over a single account.

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
