Depostit Not Credited in account

Dear Askgamblers Support team,

I have an account with Batery-bets.in and my account number with bater-bets is 68154721. I have deposited 4000 INR to my game account to third parties account which are mentioned below.

Paid to SBTIWARI MOBILES AND TRAVELSSBR21734 DEBIT ₹4,000, Transaction ID, T25082­623­363­190­661­98514, UTR No. 798665696047.

I am following up about the status of my deposit. Finlay Battery support team said it will be refunded to my account within 10 days. But nothing happened in 12 Days.

I have contacted batery customer care and I have send a video on screen recording while I am depositing the amount. But nothing happened.

Please support me in this issue.

Please provide an official letter from the bank about the refusal of a refund in PDF format.
The letter should contain UTR**6047 number so that we could see that the response is related to this deposit.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
