Deposited 10000 amount debited from bank account never received in casino

I have deposited 10000 in casino on 11th January at 1:52 am. Amount debited from my bank account but never credited to game account. They took about one and half month to answer that amount is not received by them. After that I raised query with my bank so bank said said transaction was successful. They have even remove the query I raised for missing deposit from my casino account. I have provided all proof, payment screenshot and bank statements. Amount is still not received by bank nor in my game account . I am attaching here payment screenshot and bank statements. Hope to find a solution this time.

I already created one on which you took to reply 1and half month and now it is closed and not showing anywhere. I created another one this time where the said deposit of 11th January is not showing in your records even. Last deposit I can see is of 13 th feb.
