Deposit Stucked And No Response From BateryBet Casino

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Batery Casino regarding two deposits that have not been credited to my account, despite multiple follow-ups over several days.

1. Deposit of INR 1,000 on 21st October 2025

Ticket Reference: Req. No. 19357616

I submitted this deposit through the Batery application and immediately raised a support ticket with the transaction screenshot attached. On 22nd October, I received a response stating that the transaction could not be verified automatically and was forwarded to the verification team. Since then, I have not received any further updates or resolution.

Subsequent follow-ups via email were met with responses claiming that the issue had been sent to the administration team and that additional follow-ups could delay the process — which I find highly unprofessional and unacceptable, considering the continued delay.


2. Deposit of INR 500 on 28th October 2025

Ticket Reference: Req. No. 19508833

Unfortunately, the same issue has occurred again. The payment has not been credited, and I received an identical response about “verification in process,” with no visible progress or communication since.

Both transactions remain uncredited, despite the funds being successfully deducted from my bank account. This has caused significant inconvenience and raises serious concerns about the reliability of Batery Casino’s payment system and customer service practices.


I request AskGamblers to kindly intervene and assist in getting both my deposits — totaling INR 1,500 — credited to my Batery account or refunded promptly.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
