Deposit of 50000 not added to account

I am raising a serious concern regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my Batery Bet wallet. Despite completing the payment successfully, the funds are still missing from my account.

• Deposit Amount: ₹50,000
• Order ID: 12029895698
• UPI ID (Payment Sent To): 7010469827@axl
• UTR / Transaction Number: 526913990569
• Transaction Date & Time: 26th September 2025, 01:12 PM
I have attached the screenshot of the payment, which clearly shows all necessary details for your verification.
I have been trying to raise a support request regarding this issue, but the ticket keeps getting auto-closed.
• Initially, I raised the request under Ticket ID: 18910466, but it was closed with the reason that I needed to send a proper screenshot — even though I had already provided a valid one.
• Now, whenever I try to raise a new request, it automatically closes, referring me back to the same closed ticket.
This is leaving me unable to resolve the issue, and my ₹50,000 deposit is still missing.
Please look into this matter urgently, credit the pending deposit to my account, and provide a proper resolution.
