Deposit of 30000 INR not credited after repeated timeframes

Hello,

I had made a deposit 30,000 INR at 2:58 am on 13th January 2026 on batery bets. They first told me to wait for 3 hours, then the wait time increased to 72 hours, and then after 72 hours, they asked me to send my bank statement. They don’t even know the payment method, they did not even conduct any investigation. I paid from my wallet, not my bank. My wallet does not provide a statement in pdf but it shows the transaction history and I can share screenshots of the payment and transaction history that I have made the payment and there was no refund received to me.

I paid the money to rishib sen, these details were provided by Battery Bets payment system “UPI QR PAY”

I am attaching the screenshots of payment and failure of batery bet to provide any solution.

Still they have not added my funds.
Please tell me when should I file a cyber fraud complaint against the transaction.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
