Deposit of 10k not received

Deposit of 10000 has not been received in my account. Not getting any response on requests, please check baterybet team. Money has already been debited from my bank account. I have checked with my bank they said money already sent to merchant.

I have already checked with my bank, and they have confirmed that the money has been successfully sent to the merchant. The bank also informed me that the refund must be initiated by the merchant from their side. However, I have not received the refund yet. Please check with the merchant and initiate the refund as soon as possible. Since this was a UPI payment, the refund can only be processed by the merchant.

Also, I would like to ask what kind of services you are providing. I am a YouTuber with millions of subscribers, and many of them are playing on your casino platform. Multiple users are facing the same issue repeatedly. This is very concerning.

This is the last time we are tolerating this issue. If this problem is not resolved immediately, we will be forced to stop using and promoting your platform, as this situation appears very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Where is my money ? It's not returned back to bank account, it's not added to casino . It's been already 13 days . Bank is saying it was successfully transferred merchant .

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
