Deposit Not Received Over 50 Hours Delay

Dear BeteryBet / Ask Gamblers Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention that it has been more than 50 hours, and I have not yet received my deposits. The details are as follows:

First Deposit: ₹10,000

Second Deposit: ₹20,000

Despite the transactions being successful, I have not seen these amounts reflected in my account. As per your policies, I was expecting the deposits to be processed much faster.

For your reference, I have attached the screenshots of both transactions. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
