Deposit not received even after 6 days
I have deposited 5000/- INR on 17th April, and I told them that I didn't receive the deposit.
For that, I have created a ticket, which is 16140958.
Today is the 23rd. April and still the deposit has not been received.
My payment was successfully transferred to the casino account.
Whenever I contact they are saying only one word: we didn't receive any reply from the payment provider, our administration is looking into your issue.
I am tired of contacting them, but they reply same automated message.
I have provided payment details to them.
