Dear sir I had made a deposit to batery bet on 29 September 2024 through UPI payment method but the amount didn't got credited in my account till time and after making request to the administration also, they said that they had sent a letter to the provider but after that no response is received from them, neither my amount got credited by them...

I request you to please help me to get my deposit credited to my account..

Dear batery bet and askgamblers,

I already made a chargeback request twice with my bank and it is rejected both times by the bank saying that it was a successful transaction....

PLEASE REFER TO THE SCREENSHOT I HAVE SHARED WITH THIS REPLY, THIS WAS RECEIVED BY ME FROM MY BANK..

I already requested you to please check with the deposit provider again as they mat have missed this transaction but it is confirmed that this transaction is successful and was received by the provider on real-time basis.

Dear baterybet,

I already shared the bank reply two times in my request but the administration gives the same reply to apply for chargeback even if I told them that the bank has rejected the chargeback request twice...

Please check the issue properly this time

Dear askgamblers,
As I can see now @baterybet has restricted my account for deposit of funds. I don't know why this restriction has been made on my account. But I think this is the reason they are saying that the funds was not received to them so that they can make an excuse out of it and not return my money.

Please ask them to remove this restriction and add my funds as soon as possible.

Dear askgamblers it has been more than a week but they haven't responded yet, they have restricted my deposit section from making any deposits. That's why they are giving fake statement that they haven't received the amount but my bank clearly told that the amount was transferred successfully to the recipient. So, please ask them to complete the deposit in my account and stop making fake statements of not receiving the payment now.
