I have deposit rupees 1005

Payment mode UPI

UTR number is 559283726429

Every time I am trying to use baterybet site I always facing issue with deposit payment successfully by me but that site not deposit in my gaming wallet and I also raise a request on baterybet and its complaint number is Nº22092360 not one is responding time and they was like wait for 3 days i am deposit my money to play games or bet and that not good. I deposit amount today and i have to play after 3 days or more and this 3-4 times I raise a request Askgamblers for my deposit

Kindly please solve my issue as soon as possible

And ask to baterybet to improve there payment process and problem solving speed

Baterybet site is just making people fool they don’t want to refund or clear our deposits even i have another deposit of rupees 2999.05 is still not received yet and i made this deposit on 12/03/2026 they didn’t refund and deposit on my bank or baterybet account

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
