Deposit not credited since 11 days

I deposit 40000 rs on 5th March 2025 and still it's not credited to my casino account. I contact their team they told me to wait for 3 hours and after 3 hours they told that wait for 3 business days but still it's not credited. After long discussion and time they told me that provider doesn't receive amount even my amount is debited through my account and i ask bank support and they told me that amount is successfully transferred and it's not refunded. Baterybet doing fraud and cheating. Please askgamblers help me to get my deposit amount

Hello I received this payment but again at 17th March i deposit 15000 rs which also not credited to my betting account. First they told to wait 3 hours after that 3 business days and next they told they Didn't receive payment ask for bank to refund and after long arguments they deposit to account. I think they are rolling players money they are cheater

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
