I am lodging a formal complaint against BateryBet regarding an unresolved withdrawal of INR 8,000. The casino has marked the transaction as "Completed" on their user portal, but they have failed to transfer the funds to my bank account and have closed my internal support tickets.

Timeline of Events

1 - 17th July 2026 at 02:21 PM: I initiated an INR 8,000 withdrawal request. The dashboard instantly marked it as "Completed" and "Successful."

2 - 17th July 2026 at 03:37 PM (Live Chat Support): Since no money arrived, I contacted customer support. The agent explicitly instructed me to wait up to 72 hours, stating: "The withdrawal 12516360804 became successful. Please be patient, it usually takes up to 72 hours to receive the funds to the bank account. If the payout has not been received after 72 hours, please make a new request and attach a bank statement as a PDF file.

3 - Expiry of Deadline: The 72-hour window has completely expired. No funds have been credited to my bank account.

4 - Ticket Closure: I have already shared my official PDF bank statement directly with the BateryBet support team to prove the non-payment. Instead of checking the transaction tracking or providing a network reference code, they chose to close out my internal support ticket and stop responding.

Summary of Grievance

BateryBet is practicing deceptive reporting by clearing processing queues and marking transactions as "Completed" before the funds are actually settled by their banking processor.

Since my bank statement clearly proves that no credit of INR 8,000 has arrived since July 17th, I request the AskGamblers team to intervene and compel BateryBet to provide the official banking UTR/RRN tracking number or immediately release my funds.

For more than 15 days, the withdrawal of rs 5000 (Withdrawal ID 1287686116 dated 01.07.2026) showing completed but amount not received in my account or rollback. I already created request and sent it through but no positive reply has been received by them; they always reply with the same automated reply. I am sharing all proofs as attached files. I need my money in my account or rollback in my wallet.

The support team told me to wait up to 3 hours for the transaction to process. The Second Delay: After 3 hours passed with no update, I contacted them again. This time, the timeline was drastically changed, and I was told to wait 3 business days for a manual review. No Response & Support Block: Once the 3 business days expired, I reached out to follow up on my missing money. The platform completely ignored my queries, gave zero updates, and has now blocked or restricted my ability to send messages through their customer support portal. Description of the Issue: Battery Bet has accepted my money from the banking gateway but is refusing to credit it to my account. They have given me an endless runaround of changing timelines (3 hours to 3 business days) only to completely ignore me and shut down my support chat features once those deadlines passed.
