Deposit not credited more than 20 days

Dear team, I deposited 15000 INR on 17th September, but it was not credited to my account. They said it would take 3 hours and then 3 days. It's been 10 days and there is no response from the team. I also sent an email, but there is no response from them. Kindly need your help to resolve this. There has been no communication from their end. I created another request and they closed it, stating that I have to follow up on the previous request.

I have been using the batery bet site for about a month approx my gaming I’d is 86113728.

I deposited Rs. 25,000/- on September 20th in batery bet site.

The funds have not been credited. When I contacted the support chat, they said to wait for 3 hrs to reflect.

But even after 3 hrs as funds were not credited as instructed I raised the request with the administration team. The request no is 26247444.

But the team is not responding only it’s been 3 days they have not replied in that request window.

They said they have requested the payment provider for confirmation and would get response within 3 working days but it’s been 5 days since i have deposited and it’s beyond 3 business days.

Yet my funds were not credited to my gaming account nor refunded to my source account.

I have provided them the UTR no. along with the screenshot for reference yet they have not resolved the issue.

I have even contacted my bank for the same; they have mentioned that the transaction was successful and cannot be refunded.

Pls ask gamblers team to help me recover my amount.

There is no proper response from batery bet administration team as they are always sending generic copy paste messages telling me to wait but not resolving the issues.

I have never faced such an issue on any website till date. It’s been 5 days pls credit my funds to my gaming account.

I created an account on the Battery Bet casino site on the 9th Sept 2026 and deposited ₹70,000. Just half an hour later, they restricted my account; since then, I have been unable to make deposits, withdrawals, or play any games. I raised a support request, and they asked for certain documents, which I provided. After 72 hours, they asked for another documents again—which I also submitted—and told me to wait another 48 hours. I cooperated fully, but once the 48 hours had passed, they stopped responding to me entirely, I want my id to be verified fast and fully functional so I can play and withdraw my funds smoothly

I usually play on BateryBet... however on 31sta august I deposited 10000 rs and make withdrawal of 15000 approx...

I waited and on the same day the withdrawal request shows completed.

I raised this complaint request and now they are not replying on the request. It's almost 11 days now. My money is stuck. Please help.

I found this website recently as it had an ad on the internet and decided to give it a try.

The gameplay and options are great. Many sports are offered on the website as well, so that's another plus, as I bet on sports and also play Casino. I lost a deposit with no issues, i re deposites and ended up winning a few sports bets and having a good run in blackjack, so I decided to place a withdrawal. To my surprise, the withdrawal page is completely suspended. It said to contact customer support. So I did; it took them a quick 30 mins to say that I needed to verify my account, standard... no problem.

I sent the required data and was told it would be 10 minutes to 3 days. 3 days have passed, nothing; I get the same generic copy-pasted responses, and I still can't withdraw any money from this website. I have initiated a withdrawal from baterybet of 10332 amount on 4th September 09:36am and it's been more than 48 hours it's showing in processing stage and I haven't received my funds in the bank account.

I am really worried and I am frustrated as well. I even raised a complaint to the customer service but there is no response at all and no progress as well. I am really sad.

​I request AskGamblers to intervene so that BateryBet management will:

​Locate and credit the ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 deposits to my player wallet (or reverse the funds back to the originating bank accounts if they cannot credit them).

​Approve and release the pending ₹30,000 withdrawal to my verified payout method.
