Dear team, I have two deposits pending for more than 15 days one was for 17000 rupees on 13th March 2026 and other for 5000 rupees on 17 th march 2026. First, I was told that it would take 3 hours then 3 days. Then, they said that the vendor is not responding. Finally, they said that the vendor is doing an internal investigation. I'm not sure what the problem is. Kindly help.
