Deposit not credited in game account and withdrawal not credited in bank account
Deposited INR 1500 on 11 April, which has not yet been credited.
They disabled the complaint/help request sending tab, so I mailed thrice, every time they advice to go to request in BateryBet application and make the complaints but when the sending tab is disabled how can i send the complaints. I tried with other hands too, but the same result.
My request is to get the deposited amount credited.
Another complaint is of withdrawal.
I withdrew INR 3000 on the date of 7th April, which has not yet been credited.
No response over mail.
