Deposit not credited batterybet even after 5 days

I am filing this complaint regarding multiple deposit issues with the casino Batery Bet (https­://­bat­ery­-be­t.in).


On 21st December 2024, I deposited ₹5,000 into my casino account via UTR number 435607303173, but the funds have not been credited even after five days.

Again, on 24th December 2024, I deposited ₹28,000 via UTR number 435993649196, and this amount has also not been credited to my account.

I contacted the casino's admin team regarding the first issue, and their response was not only delayed but also unhelpful. They claimed they needed an additional three days to investigate, which is an unacceptable timeframe. Furthermore, this is not the first time I have encountered this issue. Every time I attempt to deposit, I face similar problems, which leads me to believe that these delays and failures are intentional, aimed at withholding or looting players' money.

The lack of professionalism and promptness in addressing these issues is appalling. It reflects poorly on the casino’s integrity and has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter. The casino must immediately credit both amounts (₹5,000 and ₹28,000) to my account or issue a full refund for these transactions.


Requested Resolution:

Immediate credit of ₹5,000 and ₹28,000 to my casino account

Alternatively, a full refund of both deposits

Assurance that such issues will not occur again

As was answered in request 14055490, according to the provider, the payment with the provided details in the amount of 5000 INR was unsuccessful. If this payment was debited from your bank account, the funds will be returned within 10 business days.
Please contact your bank to clarify the status of your payment or refund.

If the funds are not returned to your bank account after 10 business days, please create a new request and send us a bank statement in PDF format with this payment for the further investigation.

We kindly ask you to carefully read our answers and act accordingly.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
