Deposit not credited after six days

It's 6th days till my payment has not been credited to my casino account and they did this each and every time. Can u please check and help me to deposit my money in account. They are giving fake and false promises each and every time. My deposit amount is 15000 rs and which lot of money to me. Please help me and resolve my issue immediately.

Upon thorough review of the issue, we have determined that the UTR number shown in the provided screenshot has already been used for another merchant. Therefore, it cannot be used again to credit funds to the game account.

How its used its not credited to my baterybet account how you can said that i can give you all information about my transaction can u provide me all information like statement of your merchant and others

After a through recheck of the issue we found out that this UTR number from provided screenshot has already been used against another merchant and it is not possible to use it again for crediting funds to game account.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
