Deposit not credited 11000inr

Hello,

I am facing an issue with Battery Bet Casino regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my casino account.

Its been 4 days and still not credited.

Baterybet id 58213294.

Request id #23567588.

On **28 May 2026 at 3:01 PM**, I successfully transferred **₹11,000** via UPI to the payment account provided by the casino. The transaction was completed successfully according to my bank and Google Pay records.

But after the successful payment when I proceeded to put the UTR but was not able to put the UTR because the page got refreshed and after this incident I contacted the costumer care though live chat and request section still no resolution was found.

The payment was done through UPI (UPI Baterybet)

Despite the payment being marked as successful, the funds have still not been credited to my Battery Bet casino account. I have already contacted customer support and provided proof of payment, but the issue remains unresolved.

I kindly request Battery Bet Casino to investigate this matter credit the ₹11,000 deposit to my gaming account immediately.

I am attaching the payment receipt as evidence of the successful transaction.

I am also attaching the request section chats also.

Dear all,

Batery have giving multiple timeframes and i have already waited too much whatever the timeframes where given.

earlier 3hours were asked to wait for the deposit to be credited and afterwards they asked to wait for the reply for payment provided for 3 days its been now 8 days every timeframes they have given is over still they are doing anything to solve the issue.

In request section also they are only saying
"Hello!
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We are still waiting for a response from the provider.

Its been 8 days now and counting still resolution is not found..

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
