Deposit and withdrawl issue

I did a deposit of 5000rs on 30th Sept 2024 in the afternoon through their UPI option. The amount got credited from my bank but it's been past so many days the sum has not been credited in my batery wallet. No replies to the requests generated by me on their site as well.

I have also made a withdrawal of 35500rs on 2nd October 2024 in the evening on baterybet site. The amount got debited from my batery wallet but was not credited to my bank account. Though the transaction status of my withdrawal on BateryBet site shows confirmed and completed but no amount is credited in my bank account. Please help and look into the matter.

Please clarify, have you contacted the bank for a refund of the missing deposit of 5000 INR? If you did, please create a new request on our site and provide an official answer (screenshot or PDF file) from your bank.

I am facing an issue with Battery Bet Casino regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my casino account.

Its been 4 days and still not credited.

Baterybet id 58213294.

Request id #23567588.

On **28 May 2026 at 3:01 PM**, I successfully transferred **₹11,000** via UPI to the payment account provided by the casino. The transaction was completed successfully according to my bank and Google Pay records.

But after the successful payment when I proceeded to put the UTR but was not able to put the UTR because the page got refreshed and after this incident I contacted the costumer care though live chat and request section still no resolution was found.

The payment was done through UPI (UPI Baterybet)

Hi team . I have deposited money 5000 on 8th April ..I have raised request but admin saying money not received. I have contacted to bank and bank confirmed money credited to beneficiary account. 13 days passed withdrawal not received

I am writing to report an unresolved withdrawal problem I am experiencing with Battery Bet. I won money in the casino section and requested a withdrawal of ₹12,000 via bank transfer on 13 May 2026. Although more than 10 days have passed, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Battery Bet support keeps telling me that they are working on it and are waiting for a reply from their provider. At the same time, they have marked my withdrawal as “completed” on their side. To help resolve the issue, I have already provided my bank statement, which clearly shows that no such credit of ₹12,000 has been received. In addition, I have screenshots of my withdrawal requests and the current status shown in my account, which I am ready to share as supporting evidence.

I kindly request that Battery Bet immediately transfer the pending ₹12,000 to my bank account or return it to my battery wallet and provide a clear explanation for this delay, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible

My account ID is 38543217. My account has been blocked and verification is pending since 3rd May 2025. Today is 15th May and it has been 12 days with no resolution. I made a withdrawal request on 5 may 2026 from my batery account - 80972604, and after on 6 may 2026 at 1:13 am my withdrawal was completed in batery history but I didn't receive a single amount. They said to wait for 72 hours I did and it's now over 72 hours. I again messaged them about when gonna they are going to help, but they are not replying.
