Delayed Amount

Dear Sir/Mam,

I used to be a regular customer of Batery bet then one day i.e on 12th Sep I requested a withdrawal of Rs 10,000 which was nothing compared to what I usually bet on the platform. According to them they had completed my withdrawal on the same day but in reality the funds been were never credited to my bank account. I raised the request on similar day that I had not received the payment of Rs 10,000 and then they asked for my bank statement and also 5 business days time to resolve the issue. I gave them the statement and waited for 5 business days then after 7-8 days they told me that my withdrawal was completed and sent me the utr details of the transaction. But in reality that amount of 10,000 was never received in my account. I again raised a request that your provider is wrong and I never received my withdrawal then again they requested for 5 business days. I initiated the withdrawal on 12th Sep and today is the end of month i.e 30th Sep they never resolved my issue. This issue was very easy to resolve but they just kept on delaying. I am sending you all the proof from 12th Sep till date and also sharing you my bank statement to prove that I never received my withdrawal. Also requested the batery bet team to resolve my issue as its already been close to a month. Below are my batery bet account details-

Thank you for your patience! As we received your Account ID, we forwarded the issue to be rechecked and investigated.

Upon investigation, it was found that there was an interim error within the transaction which caused it to be delayed for long. Our team of specialists worked on the problem and got it reversed into your Batery account on 01.10.2024 12:33:45 IST.

As we see, after the amount was reversed it has been withdrawn by you on 01.10.2024 12:52:09 IST once again successfully.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
