Casino scammed my 8000 deposit

I'm writing this complaint against baterybet casino regarding lost 8000 deposit in there site.
On March 2nd 2025 I have tried to made a deposit of 8000 rupees in the website at that time the transaction was failed in the website and the money is deducted from my credit card UTR NUMBER: 506197246212.
Then I raised a complaint on the site they said to wait for 24 hours after waiting for that time they said that the casino will check with the payment provider and that time they took 7 days almost to tell me that they didn't received any payment so I have only 1 option left and that is to complaint in the credit card department.
I have made a dispute request in the credit card the bank said it can take upto 15 days to resolve the issue then I have made a complaint in the bank and also again in the casino side, the casino keep denying that they received that payment, after waiting almost 20 days the bank said the transaction was successful from the bank side and the merchant received the payment successfully and the merchant denied the dispute request so the bank can't do anything here the bank said to contact the merchant or else complaint in the cyber crime branch.
Now after waiting almost 2 months I think the casino will never give me the refund or make the deposit successful .
So I have only 1 option Is left and that is to file a complaint in the police station before that I'm trying my last try to make something happen.
The casino is still not giving me proper response that's why I'm here making this complaint.
I have provided them all bank statement which shows no refund is received yet they still don't do anything just scammed my 8000.
I'm also attaching all those communications between the bank so this will help to understand the issue.
