Blocked access after deposit refusing withdrawal of 25000

On May 19, 2025, at 16:16 IST, I deposited ₹25,000 (₹24,748 net via UPI) into my BetryBet account. After the deposit, I was unable to place any bets or access any games. Moreover, the withdrawal option was completely disabled on my account.

I contacted BetryBet’s support immediately, and instead of solving the issue, they kept asking for multiple documents including:

Photo of my ID

Selfie with ID and today's date

My UPI app profile on mobile screen

ID lying beside chat screen on phone

I submitted all the requested documents promptly.

Despite completing their so-called "verification," they are now delaying the process by 72 hours and still not providing any resolution. This seems like a tactic to stall or avoid refunding my money.

I have all the evidence, including:

Deposit receipt

Screenshots of chats

Submitted documents

Their repeated responses and delays

I request AskGamblers to kindly step in and help me get my money back.

If I don’t receive my funds within 24 hours, I will file an official complaint with the Cyber Crime Department for fraud, identity misuse, and financial scam.

This decision aligns with rule 3.5, which states, "The Betting Organizer reserves the right to limit or deny specific Customers access to services, promotions, and Bonus offers, without explanation." Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
