BateryBet not allowing withdrawal despite completing verification
Hello AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a serious issue with my account withdrawal. My account number is 61382895.
Balance:-135257 INR
On February 23, my withdrawal was blocked, and I was informed that I needed to complete a verification process. I fully cooperated and submitted all the documents they requested, including:
- My selfie with UPI profile visible
- Aadhaar card
- Bank account statement
- Screenshot of chat with their admin, as requested
Initially, they asked me to wait 72 hours and then another 48 hours. Even after repeated follow-ups, they only responded with auto-messages like “please wait”.
It's been over a month since the withdrawal was blocked. My documents were accepted and confirmed twice by their admin. Despite this, my withdrawal option remains unavailable, and no concrete response has been provided.
I am attaching all relevant screenshots and documents as proof.
This is a clear case of delay, negligence, and possible scam behavior. I request AskGamblers to investigate and help me get my rightful withdrawal.
