BateryBet not allowing withdrawal despite completing verification

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a serious issue with my account withdrawal. My account number is 61382895.

Balance:-135257 INR

On February 23, my withdrawal was blocked, and I was informed that I needed to complete a verification process. I fully cooperated and submitted all the documents they requested, including:

- My selfie with UPI profile visible

- Aadhaar card

- Bank account statement

- Screenshot of chat with their admin, as requested

Initially, they asked me to wait 72 hours and then another 48 hours. Even after repeated follow-ups, they only responded with auto-messages like “please wait”.

It's been over a month since the withdrawal was blocked. My documents were accepted and confirmed twice by their admin. Despite this, my withdrawal option remains unavailable, and no concrete response has been provided.

I am attaching all relevant screenshots and documents as proof.

This is a clear case of delay, negligence, and possible scam behavior. I request AskGamblers to investigate and help me get my rightful withdrawal.

First of all, I sincerely thank you for completing the verification process and enabling my withdrawal access again. I truly appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring account security and compliance.

However, I would like to kindly request a reconsideration of my current withdrawal limit.

As of now, I have over ₹1.7 lakh in my account, but the daily withdrawal limit is set to ₹1,000 only. While I understand that your platform has internal policies and risk management protocols in place (as mentioned under Rule 3.5), I would like to humbly ask if there’s any scope to increase my daily withdrawal limit to ₹30,000 or a reasonable amount, based on my verified status and history with the platform.

My intention is not to break any rules, but simply to access my legitimately owned funds in a fair and respectful manner.

I assure you that I value your platform and wish to continue using it in the future as a loyal user. A slight flexibility in withdrawal access would go a long way in maintaining trust and a positive relationship.

Your limits were set according to the verification results and rule 3.5 "The Betting Organiser reserves the right to limit or refuse specific Customers access to services offered, as well as promotions and Bonus offers, without explanation."

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
