Batery bet deposit issue

On June 2, 2026, BateryBet blocked me from playing and placing bets, deposits, and withdrawals.

When I deposited 20k INR, BateryBet blocked my account without any prior notice. From June 2 to August 2, almost 60 days have passed.

I submitted all the documents related to KYC, and all submited them from time to time, but they did not take any action. That's why I closed request 23738630, and I filed a new request to ask about the issue and unblock my account, but still again 15 days, they did the same thing - they asked for documents. I submitted, and again no answer from them.

They don't have the authority to hold my funds. I told them plz give me my money back and let me use the site. But they don't hear us.

@askgamblers, please help me to unblock my account or withdraw my money. @baterybet, please solve my account block problem.

I deposited 3500 rs by supermoney upi money transfer is successful but battery bet not add my money. I file a complaint against this website and also send e-mail but they have no response. Please give me my money back. 5 days complete but money not credited in Battery Wallet.

Support created Request №25064496 and promised in chat that the payment provider would resolve it within 3 business days (by August 3rd). That deadline has passed, the balance remains ₹0, and messaging in the chat ticket is now restricted.

I have raised a request on BateryBet casino my request number is Nº25088211 but they didn’t take any responsibility they ask me to wait for 72 hours why should i wait for my withdrawal if its shows complete on that site i want my withdrawal as soon as possible and I request that AskGamblers please resolve my issue.

Timeline of Events

1 - 17th July 2026 at 02:21 PM: I initiated an INR 8,000 withdrawal request. The dashboard instantly marked it as "Completed" and "Successful."

2 - 17th July 2026 at 03:37 PM (Live Chat Support): Since no money arrived, I contacted customer support. The agent explicitly instructed me to wait up to 72 hours, stating: "The withdrawal 12516360804 became successful. Please be patient, it usually takes up to 72 hours to receive the funds to the bank account. If the payout has not been received after 72 hours, please make a new request and attach a bank statement as a PDF file.

3 - Expiry of Deadline: The 72-hour window has completely expired. No funds have been credited to my bank account.

4 - Ticket Closure: I have already shared my official PDF bank statement directly with the BateryBet support team to prove the non-payment. Instead of checking the transaction tracking or providing a network reference code, they chose to close out my internal support ticket and stop responding.

Summary of Grievance

BateryBet is practicing deceptive reporting by clearing processing queues and marking transactions as "Completed" before the funds are actually settled by their banking processor.

Since my bank statement clearly proves that no credit of INR 8,000 has arrived since July 17th, I request the AskGamblers team to intervene and compel BateryBet to provide the official banking UTR/RRN tracking number or immediately release my funds.
