Already been 20days my account is still on verification


It's been 20 days since this batery bet app restricted me from playing games and stopped my withdrawal and deposit.

Whatever these guyz ask me I provide.

Each and every document still they are not able to resolve my issue not even responding to my request why the hell you guyz are doing this to me I have 4lakhs in my account and not even able to withdraw single penny.

As we can see, you have closed all your requests on this problem. Without an open request, we cannot continue checking your issue. Please re-open your query. Moreover, we have not yet received a clear answer to our question about how many Batery accounts you own.

For your information, according to article 4.5 of Terms and Conditions "4.5 Each Batery User can have only one account. Registered Users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address..."

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
