Admins ignoring withdrawals

Hi again,

I want to report and submit this complaint against the administration on Batery bet who are continuously ignoring my withdrawal request and also all the follow-ups I'm taking. When I'm chatting with online operators, they are repeating the same bot responses over and over that it will be resolved asap and we can't tell you the time it will take. I also tried to email the support team and they are even more irresponsible mentioned that emailing here won't make your withdrawals processed sooner. I have my 4 withdrawals pending since 30th of December and 1 deposit since 31st. The details are as follows -

Deposit - 31st Dec (373 rupees)
Withdrawal request 1 - 30th Dec (720 rupees)
Withdrawal request 2 - 1st Jan (927 rupees)
Withdrawal request 3 - 1st Jan (540 rupees)
Withdrawal request 4 - 1st Jan (595 rupees)

I'm attaching the screenshots for other information like what they are up to and what they have mentioned.

I hope Askgamblers community would help me in getting my request resolved and do the needful as I'm having the intuitions like cheated or scammed by their payment providers.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Withdrawal Details:

Withdrawal ID: 12444694867

Date: 05 June 2026

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
