Account verified but withdrawal still blocked, no response from support

Dear AskGamblers Team,


I am submitting this complaint regarding my BateryBet account (Account No: 61307441) under the name < removed >.


I am unable to withdraw my balance of ₹17,800.22 because the withdrawal section is showing “temporarily unavailable.” The support team asked for document verification, and I have submitted everything required multiple times through different request threads, including:


- Selfie with my UPI application profile visible

- Aadhaar card and bank account statement

- Screenshots of chats with their admin, as per their own verification instructions


The support confirmed that my documents were accepted and advised me to wait 72 hours, then 48 hours – yet nothing has been resolved. I have made multiple polite follow-ups, but they keep delaying without giving any valid reason or solution.


I am attaching all screenshots and proofs to support my claim. This delay feels intentional and unfair, and I seek your help in resolving the issue and recovering my funds.

Now I m withdrawing 1k per day.
I can't place any bet because of limitations and also can't withdraw more than 1k per day.
Otherwise they are giving withdrawal of 1k per day.

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify a few important points:

1. Rule 3.5 refers to limiting bets or access to services — but in my case, I have no active bets and I am simply trying to withdraw my own balance.


2. I have not violated any terms, nor have I misused any bonuses. My verification is complete and balance is fully legitimate.


3. Imposing a ₹1000 per day withdrawal limit, without any valid reason or explanation, is not fair treatment, especially when the user has done nothing wrong.


4. Even if Rule 3.5 allows you to limit access, holding a verified user’s rightful funds for 18+ days is unethical and causes unnecessary mental stress.



My humble request again:
Please process my remaining balance of ₹17,800.22 in one or two manual withdrawals OR temporarily remove the limit just for this case. I am not asking for any promotion or favor — just my own hard-earned funds.

I hope AskGamblers team will help in ensuring a fair and customer-friendly resolution.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
