Account verified but withdrawal still blocked, no response from support
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting this complaint regarding my BateryBet account (Account No: 61307441) under the name < removed >.
I am unable to withdraw my balance of ₹17,800.22 because the withdrawal section is showing “temporarily unavailable.” The support team asked for document verification, and I have submitted everything required multiple times through different request threads, including:
- Selfie with my UPI application profile visible
- Aadhaar card and bank account statement
- Screenshots of chats with their admin, as per their own verification instructions
The support confirmed that my documents were accepted and advised me to wait 72 hours, then 48 hours – yet nothing has been resolved. I have made multiple polite follow-ups, but they keep delaying without giving any valid reason or solution.
I am attaching all screenshots and proofs to support my claim. This delay feels intentional and unfair, and I seek your help in resolving the issue and recovering my funds.
