5150 INR not deposited even after 13 days


Dear AskGamblers Team,

I’m filing this complaint against Batery Casino for failing to credit a ₹5,150 deposit to my wallet, debited from my Axis Bank account via PhonePe on 28/09/2025 at 02:52 AM IST. It’s been over 13 days (as of 11/10/2025) with no resolution despite repeated follow-ups and providing all proof. This is unacceptable, especially compared to other platforms like Stake, Dafabet, and BC.Game, and Bet365, which resolved similar issues in under 3 hours.

The PhonePe app confirms the payment was successful, but it’s missing from my Batery wallet and transaction history. Batery’s system only shows successful deposits, not pending or failed ones, making it impossible to track.

Steps Taken:

Emailed suppor­t@b­ate­ry-­bets.in multiple times with PhonePe screenshot and bank statement, starting 28/09/2025.

Contacted live chat (bot-only, no human escalation) repeatedly, providing UTR and proof.

Raised multiple requests in-app, but support keeps saying “raise another request” or “contact administration” without updates. It’s my 13th day chasing admin with no reply.

Attached all evidence: PhonePe screenshot, bank statement, email threads, chat logs, and request tickets.

No phone support available, and their “administration” is unreachable.

I’ve played on Stake, Dafabet, and BC. Game, and Bet365, where issues were fixed fast with proper support and clear transaction logs. Batery’s bot-driven chat, invisible admin, and lack of failed deposit records are a nightmare. ₹5,150 isn’t huge, but this runaround feels like they’re dodging me. If they don’t want to credit it, just refund it, and I’ll move on. Promoting Yuvraj Singh and Mithali Raj as ambassadors doesn’t match this poor service.

Resolution Sought:

Credit ₹5,150 to my wallet (ID: 28403808) or refund it to my Axis Bank account via PhonePe within 24-48 hours.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
