5000 pending deposit 1 week and still counting

Its been a week since I initiated deposit via UPI. Usually the deposit is credited within minutes but this time its been a week with no resolution.
I had reported this issue by registering an admin ticket but as usual their admin responses are of no use. Unfortunately, their admin requests think they are above everything and does not meet the expectations. No wonder why their ratings are so low on internet.

I have attached both transaction receipt as well as admin request responses screenshots for reference.

The deposit transaction of 5000 rs (UTR ***3305) has been credited successfully on 17.02.

As for UTR***9390, as per our investigation, the deposit was not received. If the amount has been deducted from your bank account then it will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days. Please contact your bank for details.

Still waiting for the status update on transactions UTR***9390 and UTR***3305. I have received a cheque deposit to my account but unsure if it is pertaining to this, so I am still waiting for Baterybet to confirm the status

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Time: 12:05 PM

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
