I made a deposit of Rs.5000 on 25th Apr 2026 but not been credited till now. I already made a complaint # 22941444 on Batery but they keep on saying to wait. I already provided all the proofs, including a payment screenshot, bank statement and video proof, but the issue is still not resolved. Please help me with this because I am not happy with the service they are providing. This is not the first time I have raised a complaint against them.
