5000 deposit not credited yet

I made a deposit of Rs.5000 on 25th Apr 2026 but not been credited till now. I already made a complaint # 22941444 on Batery but they keep on saying to wait. I already provided all the proofs, including a payment screenshot, bank statement and video proof, but the issue is still not resolved. Please help me with this because I am not happy with the service they are providing. This is not the first time I have raised a complaint against them.

I spoke to my bank and they are saying that the payment was credited to the provider bank account( Bank of India ) around 5pm on same day and still the Batery support is denying that the payment is not received. They all are lying to me and trying to steal my money. Please help me getting my money back

Refund for what , Money was debited from my bank , I have provided you all the proofs but still you guys are saying payment not received. Bank usually refund in 7 business days if any issues with the transaction but 7 business days are already over and you guys are lying to me. Send me proofs from the provider including providers bank statement that he has not received the payment.

According to the provider the payment with the provided details was not received on the provider's side.
If the amount has been debited from your bank account, it will be refunded by the bank.
We recommend contacting your bank for a refund.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
