I kindly request your assistance in investigating this discrepancy with the operator to ensure my funds are processed or to receive clarification regarding the status of this transaction.

I played here, won funds and withdrew them, but there was a problem with my bank that's why the withdrawal failed and I haven't received funds after that they showing 'complete' status to the transaction. Then I informed it to the admin, but admin is also not replying in the created ticket. I am frustrated due to their worst services because after submitting bank statement, they haven't returned my funds since 4 days. This is not good enough.

Please batery bet, give me my winnings back.

I’m writing this complaint as I raised a withdrawal request on 6th July of ₹12000. It’s been three days it still shows processing. I’ve been contacting the support creating requests and sending mails but all I get are automated messages from the team. I don’t know what’s going on. Seeing all the reviews posted on this site seems like a scam. At first they told me to wait for 72 hours. It’s been more than that but no response, also no amount received. Please help me, here are attached proofs of the payment.

I had submitted multiple withdrawals with Batery Casino; they have marked the same as completed. But the amount has not reached my bank account. I have raised the requests with them, but they are neither responding nor solving my issue.

I have also shared the bank statement with them, but they are not budging at all.

It has been well over 12 days since I lodged my complaint, yet I still haven't received my deposit of ₹1,500. To make matters worse, another deposit payment of ₹1,601 has now gotten stuck as well. I request the Battery Bet app to credit the funds to my gaming account immediately; otherwise, I will file complaints on every available grievance platform. I am fed up with constantly waiting for responses—I just want my money. If this continues, I will have to advise the friends who trust this platform to stop playing here. One-off issues are understandable, but this has become a recurring drama. I feel like these people have started committing fraud.
