4500inr deposit not received

I deposited 4500rs with upi and the payment was successful and I also put the UTR number still the deposit is not received.

I deposited on 10 jan i also also created requests on their site and also mail them.

I have even tried contacting them with live chat but there was not much response only automated messages.

my request no is 20836829.

I did mail them on the days it happened its been more than 3 days now.

they said to wait for max 3 days still money not deposited and no response from them on the request section and also i cant message them its says Messaging is restricted

I am attaching all the proofs of the payment and also the screenshot where i have filled the UTR.

I have double cross check my account with bank the amount have been debited from my account.

hi my bank is not giving refund as the payment was successful and also i have gave all the proof of the successful payment your provider telling a lie please hlep askgamblers.

According to the provider the payment with the provided details was not received on the providers side.
If the amount has been debited from your bank account, it will be refunded by the bank.
Please contact your bank branch directly and write an application for a refund.

Withdrawal marked as completed but INR 15000 not received

I would like to file a complaint against BateryBet regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account.

On 05 June 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 15,000.

Amount: INR 15,000

The withdrawal status on the BateryBet website is showing as "Completed", however, I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I initially contacted customer support and was informed that the withdrawal had been processed successfully and that I should wait up to 72 hours. After waiting for more than 72 hours and still not receiving the funds, I submitted another support request along with my bank statement showing that no such credit had been received.

In response, BateryBet informed me that they had forwarded the matter to their payment provider and requested that I wait up to 5 business days for an update.

I have fully cooperated with all requests and have provided my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been credited. However, I have still not received any proof of transfer, transaction reference from the payment provider, or confirmation regarding where the funds have been sent.

I am requesting BateryBet to provide proof that the withdrawal was successfully transferred, provide a valid payment/UTR/reference number, and investigate the missing withdrawal.

Credit the INR 15,000 to my bank account if the transfer has not actually been completed.

I respectfully request that AskGamblers assist in resolving this matter and obtaining a clear response from BateryBet regarding my withdrawal.
